Wymondham Abbey

Facilities

Our spacious extensions offer toilets, refreshments and comfortable seating in an airy and beautiful social and meeting area. We also have a well-equipped shop within the Abbey selling souvenirs, all sorts of books and religious items. It’s worth a visit on its own! Outside the Abbey in the churchyard you will find benches and picnic tables as well as information panels about the building and its history.

  • Free Wi-Fi

    Available for visitors’ use within the church.

  • Hot Drinks

    Feel free to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. We also have a tin of biscuits. A small donation by cash into the donation slot or at the card station would be most welcome!

  • Parking

    The church car park is located outside the Abbey Hall in Church Street. Subject to limited space, visitors are free to use the car park while visiting the Abbey. Alternatively, there are two pay-and-display car parks within five minutes’ walk.

  • Baby Changing

    Baby change facilities are available within the wheelchair accessible toilet. Please speak to the Welcomer who will be able to assist you.
